It's almost that time of the month when landlords are expecting you to pay your rent despite the coronavirus outbreak and financial crunch we are facing.

While some landlords have told their tenants not to pay till further notice, some are taking advantage and evicting them.

Below are some experiences of tenants from their landlords.

@SylviaObell: My landlord sent us an email letting us know they are aware we are at the center of a global crisis and because of that they need our rent money now more than ever.
@craigmlyons: Yesterday my property manager called me. My landlord intends to sell my home and turf me and my family out in the middle of a pandemic. It appears that despite taking half of my income for three years, they're having cash flow issues.
@MommaBearJazz: Some landlords should be ashamed of themselves for tossing out nurses out of their apartments and I guarantee that if those same landlords got badly sick they would beg for help. This world gets ridiculous day by day I can’t believe this.
@meIkshakey: My landlord said he’s not waiving rent cos we still have our student loans and he’s right but also I don’t believe in landlords so I’m fighting him.
How has your landlord behaved towards you during this coronavirus pandemic.
Has rent been reduced?
