British model and Magical Kenya Tourism Ambassador is yet again bearing flake for using Nigerian singer Olakira’s Maserati hit to showcase the Kenyan coast in what is presumed to be a project vis-à-vis her recent appointment as ambassador.

The model was admonished by netizens on Twitter, with most arguing that Kenya has great songs she could have picked but opted to go for a foreign song.

Others cited her smattering of Kenyan music should render her unfit to hold the contested gig conferred on her by the Ministry of Tourism.

Some even went a step further to give their own renditions of the video, with most opting for Roger Whitaker’s My Land Is Kenya.

Most critics hoped the video was made for her personal blog and not for her job as tourism ambassador.

Naomi Campbell’s reign as ambassador has brushed nothing close to smooth sailing.

Barely a month ago people lobbyed for her dismissal, criticizing the choice to opt for a foreigner whilst international Kenyan talents like Lupita sat untapped.
