Nyashinski, born Nyamari Ongegu, is fed up with social media critics and has for the past few days disconnected his Instagram account. Many would term it just social media suicide.

The Malaika hit maker was following zero people on IG and it seems he has taken time off to probably concentrate on a hit song but Mpasho can confirm that his other social media pages are working.

Nyash, who has gone MIA, had thousands of followers on social media and the celebrity has left fans hanging at a time where he is about to battle for the Best African Act Award together with other music heavy weights.

Recently, President Uhuru Kenyatta showed love to the Mungu Pekee singer by voting for him and took to social media to urge Kenyans to do the same.

Shinski is one of the Kenyan artistes that has managed to make a heavy comeback after years abroad. In the past, he was a member of Kleptomaniax before they decided to venture in solo projects.
