One month after the Precious Talent Primary School collapsed Alex Mutwiri, a class six student is yet to recover after he sustained spinal injuries.

According to his dad Joel Njagi,

'The pain my son has been going through at home so we decided to take him to AIC Kijabe. This is because National Spinal Injury referral hospital only has adult beds.

Mutwiri had been admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital until last week, He was to go back for assessment on 25th/10/2019. He needs somewhere he can be comfortably laid.'

Njagi went on to add that a month later life has not been easy for him and his young family.

'Life has been hard because I haven't been going to work neither is my wife who is a salonist yet we keep using money every day.

The parents said they had received help from some Nairobi leaders.

They, however, stated that the medical help funds had been paid directly to Kenyatta Hospital.'
