Kenyan actress and TV host Joyce Maina have praised the marriage between her parents stating that it thrived because of their commitment towards each other.

Speaking on Chat Spot Joyce shared that people need to embrace each other even when they are wrong.

'My parent's marriage was really good, they were best friends and always had stories for each other.

They always knew where each other was.

There were days they did not get along but they still treated each other well, It was a beautiful union.

Marriage is a commitment, You have to chose to love this person even you don't like them.'

Joyce Maina's dad, James Maina was found with his body badly decomposed inside a car in a river in Embu in April 2019.

Maina had last seen along the Embu-Mwea highway.

His family suspected foul play when his phone was switched off, with the last person he spoke to being his wife whom he assured that he would be home that evening.

Joyce recently broke up with her boyfriend cum colleague Tony Kwalanda and has vowed never to put her relationship life online.

Tony proposed in 2019 and many hoped the union would lead to marriage but it did not.

Let's wait and see if Joyce will end up having a union similar to that of her parents or she will end up in a situation ship.
