His colleague, Jeridah Andayi, has penned a touching message to his widow Carol, the mother of his kids.

'What do you say to your girlfriend when she loses a husband?

I don’t know. Can you feel her pain? Maybe. But surely not.

It’s been two weeks of me saying Nothing to Carol. I don’t know what to tell her. Life teaches us much. Life though doesn’t teach us everything. Life does not teach us what to say or what to do when dealing with death.

For two weeks I’ve been avoiding eye contact, avoiding words between us, avoiding us.

Oh Carol. Dear Carol. My heart breaks for you. Robin left. Robin is gone. How do we deal? How about the children?

Carol, I know you’ll never see this message. I know I’ll never tell you how I feel about this whole story.

Today we say goodbye to Robin Njogu. Today we say goodbye to your Robi.

You will still be Caro Robi. You will still be Robi’s Caro.

We will figure out the rest.

God is love. Peace,' read her message.

The deep message has moved many and some of their comments include;
