Ommy Dimpoz, a Tanzanian singer has elicited mixed reactions on social media after his post went viral.

Dimpoz posted a photo of Vaseline and an iPhone which got many thinking out of the box as others offered to send him people who would quench his 'thirst.'

He posted:

The Kajiandae singer later deleted the post after fans went ham o him.

Dimpoz told Millard Ayo that his post did not have any hidden meaning contrary to what fans thought.

“Sasa tatizo liko wapi? Kama ukitaka simu chukua na mafuta ubaya uko wapi yaani? Fumbo liko wapi? Wewe unae girlfriend au hauna? Simu siku hizi za kisasa kama iPhone 7 unaweza kuiosha ikichafuka kwa sababu ni waterproof na ukaipaka mafuta.”
