Radio personality Mwalimu King'ang'i has shared the struggles he went through looking for a job before he became a household name.

According to Mwalimu, he sent over 60 CV's and the most he got were 'regret' feedbacks.

Sharing this during the morning show on Classic 105, he said,

'Companies should stop acting like they sympathize with you when it's obvious they don't.

What are you regretting and you don't want me there.'

Adding humour to his struggles Mwalimu shared that at some point he would look at obituaries and note the companies the deceased was working for.

He would then go and apply for a job at the said companies.

'I used to look at obituaries and go look for jobs there and tell them 'poleni naona mlishikwa na msiba but naeza ingia hapo sasa.'

I have sent more than 60 and I never got a job. I kept going round even on an empty stomach.'

Unlike Mwalimu Maina Kageni has said he has been lucky enough to get gainful employment without ever having to write a CV.

'I have never written a CV nor have I ever looked for a job. I have never even made a CV, sinaga CV.

I am grateful to God everyday.'

How many CV's have you ever sent and did you get that job?
