Kenya's most popular sports personality Carol Radull on Friday hosted football legend Robert Pires for a Mpasho Quickfire interview. The former Arsenal player is in the country for the Barclays Switch To Better campaign. It aims at rewarding customers who switch their accounts to Barclays. They stand a chance to watch a game with Pires. The game they are to watch is going down tomorrow; the Arsenal Vs Sunderland face off. They also have the opportunity to win a trip to watch a Barclays Premier League (BPL) game live in London, UK next year.

Pires is one of the most iconic Arsenal players to date. He played for the team from 2000 to 2006. He also had stints with Villareal and Aston Villa.

The player revealed that his all time game was the final he played for France against Brazil during the 1998 World Cup. His current favorite player is Christiano Ronaldo, who is one of the highly paid footballers in the world. Last October, he won the Golden Boot for the fourth time back in October. Pires also thanked his Kenyan fans for the warm welcome and commitment to supporting the team despite the fact that they've not won the BPL for a long time.
