1. The pope can be a teenager 

There's documented evidence that in the year 955, Pope John XII was elected to head the Vatican City at the tender age of 18. The oldest documented Pope was elected in 1679 and served for 6 years. Did you know this before?

2. He goes for confession

Just like any other faithful, he has to confess from time to time. He has to observe this much more often than the average Catholic faithful. Perhaps it's because of his obligation as the Holy Father?

You may have thought that you'd find the Pope in the same hospital as you if you fell ill in Italy. But naah, the Vatican has a Health Assistance Fund. Under this plan, the employees have to contribute 2 percent of their yearly salaries and just an additional $.75 dollars for prescription.

4. The Pope doesn't own anything

This is actually surprising. In his engagement, the Pope doesn't have any material possessions. Everything he needs is provided for him.
