An accident that occurred in Makueni County on Wednesday morning left eighteen people with injuries, three of them critically.

Contrary to reports on social media, no lives were lost when the bus belonging to Coast Bus Company rolled after losing control.

According to local media reports, the driver Mombasa bound bus was trying to avoid hitting another car and lost control in the process.

The incident was conformed by Mombasa OCPD Anthony Mbogo who also cautioned drivers to be careful during the festive season.
