Former Churchill show Comedian Njoro is happy after sharing his tribulations with Kenyans. The father of four has been battling depression and attempted committing suicide thrice.

Speaking to fellow comedian Zeddy, who has been on the forefront to help artistes suffering, Njoro said,

‘MAISHA IMENITANDIKA SANA. I CONTEMPLATED SUICIDE THREE TIMES NA ZOTE ZIMEFAIL BUT THAT’S GOD’S PLANS. HADI MATHEE AKASEMA HAPANA HUYU KIJANA ANAENDA….

He added that,

TRUTH BE TOLD SIKO POA. MIMI IT DRAINED ME MPAKA NIKAINGIA DEPRESSION AND IT WAS BAD. I’VE BEEN ON MEDICATION BUT THINGS ARENT GOOD. MY DAD WAS DIAGNOSED WITH STOMACH CANCER, I HAVE FOUR KIDS TO TAKE CARE OF…AND LOST EVERYTHING.

Project Afya, a local organisation also came through for the once-upon-a-time superstar and promised to take care of his ailing father's hospital bills. The excited Njoro took to social media to thank Kenyans for their tremendous support more so Zeddy, who highlighted his plight.

Fam we got help @www.projectafya.org have said they will take care of my dads bill ,all bills watalipa ..I love you fam ...God is good.namjue nawapenda ..holding on..there is God in heaven @projectafyta Asante I Sana @zainabuzeddy Mungu will pay you...' he posted.

In another post, he wrote,

It has not been easy but you guys nawapenda. Thanks so much for your support. I cannot pay you back but God will. Thanks so much, thanks Zeddy. Holding ..God is so good thanks so much fam ..sijui how I will pay u back ...God bless you ...🙏🙏🙏
