Controversial gospel singer Willy Paul must be one of the happiest artistes today.

The Tiga Wana hit maker has been recognized by International artiste Jidenna, who is in the country and is set to perform at the 3rd edition of the Hennessy FOMO party on 1st July at the Carnivore grounds.

In an exclusive interview with Mpasho, Jidenna said that Willy Paul is one of the artistes he has come to like his music. It seems his song I Do featuring Jamaica's Alaine, was one that won the Classic Man hit maker's heart.

He told Mpasho;

"The guy I really like right now is Willy Paul. Willy Paul's sound is right."

He went on to tell this writer to extend his greeting to the Digiri hitmaker.

"When you see Willy Paul, please say I said hi. His song just ran into my mind."

Jidenna also mentioned a couple of other artistes as those that he has identified with their songs among them Sauti Sol, Victoria Kimani and Everlast.

"I like artistes like Victoria Kimani. Of course Sauti Sol, I saw some videos on IG of them and I was A fan instantly. Everlast, Gudi Gudi."

Mpasho reached out to Willy Paul who poured out his excitement.

"I'm just humbled, I did not see it coming and it gives me the courage to work even harder."

He continued,

"Any song done by me has never been a mistake . I don't regret anything I've done. I'm happy to see big shots endorsing me...International big shots like Jidenna."
