We all know the hit song, Muziki by Darassa and Ben Pol.

Well, Mpasho got a hold of them and the Tanzanian duo exclusively revealed their journey to making this hit song. Darassa, the original writer of the song told this writer that the hit was unexpected and without a doubt, the reception was shocking.

"Niliandika huo wimbo... nilikua nao mda mrefu kabla ya kukutana na my brother here, tukajoin hiyo collabo tukawaletea...Ni idea iliyokuwepo na hakuna mtu aliyejua kama ni kubwa kiasi hichi..."

Now that many artistes prefer lasses that can sell their videos,I got to ask the two about the video vixen that were featured in the video. Ben Pol revealed that they did not prefer "rangi ya thao'

"My next video nimetumia msichana mweusi kabisa."

When asked how much it cost them to make this hit, the duo was reluctant to reveal the amount of money they spend.
