Last week, word went round that gospel star Ringtone had been accused of conning a client of his hard earned money but he has finally responded to clear the air and boy! In what fashion he has done so. The gospel artist who epitomizes the saying "From grass to grace" had been accused by one Shem Ogwankwa of defrauding him in the purchase of a Prado.

When I spoke to a surprisingly calm Ringtone, he explained that what had actually happened is that while he had been forward throughout the entire transaction, Mr. Shem was allegedly not. He had made a down payment to secure the car but failed to make subsequent payments.

Ringtone refused to release the car after one too many missed payment deadlines. Shem however decided to involve the police and called in the flying squad!
