The globally acclaimed singer got into the public limelight after being discovered by his manager Scooter Braun after a 1-year-activity on YouTube. His mum Pattie Malette had been uploading videos of him singing. When Braun took him to audition for Usher, he made it and the rest was history.

Usher has been his career mentor for quite awhile. Among his musical achievements include collaborating with hiphop heavy weight Nicki Minaj, Ludacris, Migos, Usher and featuring in Knight Rider.
