Have any weekend plans? Incase you didn't there will be a BBQ Brunch Festival this Huduma Day (formerly Moi Day) at 12:00 noon.

The event which will take place on 10th October (Saturday) will be held at a secret garden as the BBQ brunch festival will be going down.

The event which kicks off at 12:00 noon through to 6:00pm has fun activities such as Live cooking stations, Face painting and Live entertainment lined up.

The chargers for the event are as follows: Adults- Kes 1500, 5-12 year-olds – Kes 500 while it will be free for kids below five years. The day’s music will be Nina Ogot, Lulu Abdula and DJ Imran will.

All Covid – 19 protocols will be observed at the event which is a joint partnership of The Wine Party, Jim Beam, Brown’s food Company, Urban Live events, Pasta Republic , Harvest , Hero and 254.

According to Richie Barrow - Food & Beverage General Manager at Trademark Hotel, the event is about bringing together artists in Kenya who have been hit hard by the current times.

“This event has been done to bring together Kenyan artists, families and the community to bring back support for the local artists and small business owners,” he adds.
