No one can beat the people from Mulembe land when it comes to celebrations. Be it child naming, circumcision, wedding or even burial ceremony, Luhya people celebrate with a passion. From the nice isukuti beats to entertaining songs, for sure Luhyas have the best way of celebrating.

Well, last weekend, the people of Mulembe held a grand homecoming ceremony for their son Samuel Abisai who recently won the biggest ever jackpot in Africa’s gaming history – Ksh221,301,602 million in early this month's SportPesa Mega Jackpot for correctly predicting the outcomes of 17 games.

From boda-boda operators, children to mama mboga, hundreds turned out to welcome Abisai home where he was born and bread. He was received like a king. One would confuse him for East Africa's music giant Diamond Platnumz.

Comedian Thomas Oyolo aka Profesa Eshuya was the emcee.
