"Boss, uko na loan na elections zinakuja?" asked one Kenyan Facebooker who saw the NTSA documents of Mwingi West MP's car that is still co-owned by Equity bank.

This information was made public after Larry Madowo and Boniface Mwangi blocked the Mwingi West MP, Bernard Kitungi on Parliament road on Wednesday 7 December, evening. Check out the details below.

Last night, after Larry Madowo eventually found out who the MP he blocked was, he took to Facebook to gloat some more.

He wrote,

"When I blocked Mwingi West MP Bernard Kitungi from using the wrong side of the road yesterday, I didn't think it was anything other than a citizen saying no to bad behaviour. Ironically, he and his driver were breaking the law right outside where laws are made. If we can all do our little thing, maybe we wouldn't complain so much about what's going wrong. Think about that."

Here are some comments from Kenyans online.

Yaar Kibinda Larry Madowo Aki allow me to ask a blonde one... So why is the car under two owners? Equity and the said MP, or is it on loan....or was it previously owned by Equity and now by the said MP... #BlondeIsInTheColourOfHair
