A video showing President Uhuru Kenyatta singing along to the catchiest gospel song yet - Thitima - has caused a lot of excitement among social media users for obvious reasons.

The duo behind the hit, Kymo and Stigah of Samawati Band, remixed the song to echo the president's message that all eligible voters should apply for their cards.

The video which was shared to Uhuru Kenyatta's Facebook page shows him eagerly waiting to say "Thitima" just like most of us do when listening to the song.
