More Details Emerge On The Brutal Murder Of Kenyatta University Graduate By Her Former Ex Military Boyfriend

Hii ilikuwa uchungu tena zaidi! A post-mortem report has revealed just how brutal a murder it was that saw an ex military officer stab his ex girlfriend. The Kenyatta University graduate was killed by her immediate ex boyfriend at Kahawa Wendani estate on Monday. The report said that the deceased had a total 22 stab wounds.

The results released on Wednesday indicated that Edinald Nyainda, 22, died of excessive bleeding following the stabbing. She was allegedly killed by the 36-year-old ex naval officer Maxwell Ochieng, after she terminated their relationship. The postmortem was conducted by government pathologist Johansen Odour.

As reported by the Star, Edinald's sister said she received a call from Maxwell Ochieng after he killed her.

"Dadangu alitoka na hakusema anaenda wapi...ikifika usiku saa nane na dakika 48 ndio ex-boyfriend wake akanipigia simu. Akanaimbia, kuja uchukuwe sistako nishamuuwa," she said.

She said Maxwell told her that Edinald wanted to dump him but he could not allow her to be with other men.

"I can not live without her", Maxwell told her on phone.

The suspect is currently under police watch at a hospital in Kiambu where he is receiving treatment for a stab wound in the abdomen. He had stabbed himself.
