It breaks my heart to see women and men continue to flock the middle east looking for greener pastures. And even with such stories still filtering out... It makes me wonder how desperate a person must be to believe against all hope, against all facts and evidence.

Personally, like Martha Karua, I believe paradise is to be found in Kenya and Africa at large. I have never harboured any ambitions to travel abroad and the one time I could have traveled abroad to study, I turned it down like the volume to a terrible song.
