Last year saw the Kiuna's trend on social media for all the wrong reasons. From Mum and Dad, as they are popularly referred to by their gullible followers, to their daughters, this religious family was on the spotlight last year. Vanessa Kiuna, their eldest daughter, got married last December in a glamorous invites-only wedding ceremony. Vanessa wore a revealing gown and was criticized.

Kenyan women alleged that Vanessa Kiuna was half naked but the calm and collected lady has come out to answer them. Vanessa has told off haters, claiming she was not indecently dressed and that she has no time to please people.

"I am not a pastor and I am young, The dress was actually not so risque-the areas people think were exposed actually had material. It is JUst an illusion. I do not understand why people were so offended. If my dad was a lawyer, a doctor, or politician would they, have talked about me that way? My dress was very appropriate and everything that needed to be covered was covered. Even my parents thought it was really beautiful."
