Baby Satrine Osinya made headlines last year after a terror attack in Likoni Mombasa. Terrorists attacked a church where Satrine Osinya, his brother and mother were worshipping and killed several people among them Osinya's mother. The attackers fired at Osinya’s mother, but she shielded her son hence the bullet that killed her exited and hit him in the head.

The young boy was taken to hospital and after recovering, Mike Sonko adopted him. Just like any other parent, Mike Sonko has been able to win  Osinya's heart by taking care and protecting him. Mike Sonko and his family are currently in Dubai including baby Osinya and this has left many Kenyans praising the flamboyant Senator. Sonko posted many photos of himself and his family having fun in Dubai and captioned:

"Baby Osinya enjoying his holiday together with my family at Dubai . Before closing the school I promised him if he excel in his academic he will choose a country he would like to visit for a period of one week and after exams he passed well and chose Dubai. As we all know a promise is a debt I have honoured mine, Which techniques were your parents motivating you with so that you can be serious and put extra effort in school?"
