Family of Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen will have to wait for more days before his will is read.

Sarah Wairimu, Cohen's widow and the main suspect in his murder wasn't available for the reading of the will at the ninth floor of Bruce House on Standard Street in the CBD.

Her lawyer Philip Murgor wasn't available as well, citing instructions from his client (Sarah).

It is evident that the confidential nature of the will you claim to possess or any others for that matter has been severely compromised, to the extent that our client has instructed us to inform you that she does not wish to participate in any related process,' Murgor said in a letter.

According to the star, Cohen in his will wrote that his Sh400 million Kitisuru villa be given to his sister Gabrielle.
