Kenya is being represented big time in Australia by supermodel, Hazel Marita.

Hazel was a contestant in the 2020 Australian Supermodel Of The Year 2020 (ASOTY 2020), Curve Division.

"I am a 30-year-old Kenyan woman who came to Australia to become a lawyer. I was admitted as a lawyer and worked in the field for 6 years. After a year of YES, I decided to enter this competition and I am thrilled to see that I made the Finals."

The finale took place on February 2, 2020, at the TS Suites Leisure Seminyak, Bali.

Hazel's themed message was around cyberbullying.

in an email to Mpasho, she said, "I am passionate about what ASOTY is trying to achieve this year, diversity and representation. I am a curve model and I have been previously subjected to bullying. This year ASOTY has partnered up with Miss World Australia 2017, Esma Voloder, to raise funds for the Bully Zero organisation."

Hazel added,

"Bully Zero aims to raise awareness, reduce and prevent bullying, including cyberbullying that is silently affecting everyone, especially youngsters, in the modern social media world."
