Former Google Sub-Sahara Africa boss, Joseph Mucheru is unquestionably one of Kenya's youngest Cabinet Secretaries in the current government. The 48-year-old ministry of information and communications CS still maintains his preferred lifestyle that many might find unusual. 

Speaking during Citizen TV's Power Breakfast interview, Mucheru revealed that he owns only five suits and he just bought them after his appointment as the Information CS.

The youthful CS also stated that he frequently wears 'happy' socks and that he started wearing suits last year after he had stopped dressing formally.

“I am only 48 years old although I may not look it. Can you imagine I only have five suits. These are some of the investments I made after getting into government.” - Mr. Mucheru
