The Sauti Sol "Isabella" music video was shot in Las Vegas earlier this year when the band had concerts during the Las Vegas 7's. What has caught the eyes of many Kenyans is the gorgeous lass in the video who plays the role of the love interest of an unnamed hunk. It happens that the two are actually an item off the screen. She is Lilian Njeri Maina.

After the video went live, the girl took to social media to tell the ladies who are bugging her with questions that the guy is "taken and does not have an Instagram." There was a comment from a fan; " Gal! That's a perfect response for them females. Good for you sweetie!" to which she responded with a "like."

Sauti Sol had tagged her on one of their Instagram posts promoting the song.

Njeri is a nurse and practicing model based in Los Angeles. She participated in this year's Face of Kenya USA (FOK) alongside the winner of the pageant, Trina Njoroge. Njeri is passionate about community development and has done a fundraiser for the Batian School for the less fortunate. She grew up in the U.S. but knows both Swahili and Kikuyu.

"As I got older and I started to yearn to learn more about the country I was born; I started to become proud of the blood that ran through my veins. The pure beauty and intelligence of the Kenyan people here in America and back home gives me the pride to correct anyone who assumes I'm from anywhere else," she says in her FOK profile.
