Some people are really unlucky in love. The first time. They have to do it twice. Perhaps they find the magic they were chasing after, sometimes they do not. And seeing as love is no respecter of persons, that means everyone from businessmen to celebrities and politicians has to deal with this situation..

Some are lucky to find love in the second tour of the circuit but that still counts as someone else's sloppy second when you think about it. In this case, I am referring to every man who has been married.

If you have a husband or significant other (from hereon referred to as S/O) who was once married before, then you my friend are making due with sloppy seconds. Not that there is anything wrong with dating someone else Throwback Thursday if it floats your boat but you get my point. And so I took the time to compile a list of people who are dating or married to sloppy seconds to share with you. Enjoy:

#1. Quincy Timberlake and Esther

A woman appeared on the scene claiming to be Esther Arunga's co-wife... Well, not really, Rose Mueni came out claiming that Quincy Timberlake had dumped her for the then TV hottie. Ms. Mueni claims she suffered from clinical depression after Quincy dumped her with three children aged between 8 and 13 . The revelations did not end there, she went on to claim that she has slept out in the cold with her children on more than 8 separate occasions after defaulting on rent payment She talks of starting life afresh, without the man she loves, and the anguish of knowing he is languishing in an Australian jail.

#2. Yvonne Okwara And Andrew Matole

Andrew and Yvonne tied the knot in a fairy tale wedding that took the entertainment scene by storm but soon after the wedding, allegations begun to swim around about Andrew Matole, a vet by training and a damn fine one too. Actually, he took care of my family pet, a cat called Sausage a few years ago at his clinic in Loresho but I digress.

Andrew was allegedly once married to one Alice Manyola Matole sometime back and they have three children, Linda, Faith and Emmanuel.

#3. Danson Mungatana and Mwanaisha Chidzuga and Cecilia Mwangi

This man is a man I worship! How can you keep two women, infact, two celebrities sated with the fact that they are sharing you? This man owes his country a debt of service! He must teach us all how he has managed the feat for so long... Then again, he was fighting bankruptcy so...

#4. Nyambane and Linda Muthama

Linda Muthama decided to settle for a married man and be his second wife. At the time there was alot of wahala about the decision but she stuck to her guns. Still, she ended up with sloppy seconds.

#5. Alfred Mutua Lilian Ng'ang'a

Lilian Ng'ang'a is a hotty and there is no denying it but on this one, she settled for a 2nd hand husband. What's worse is that because things had come to an alleged acrimonious end and she got caught in the midst of it. Anyway, atleast she seems to be enjoying her married life.

#6. Joyce Akinyi and Raphael Wanjala

This had to have been the most bizarre case of sloppy seconds I have ever seen. Joyce Akinyi was the illiterate former wife of an Igbo (Nigeria) business man called Chinedu who was accused of being a drug dealer before being deported. She then ended up with a politician called Wanjala. A match made in heaven as they were each other's sloppy seconds. Wanjala even once boasted about having more than 1 woman while at a campaign rally.
