Former TV host, Faith Muturi has got tongues wagging after she posted a post delivery video of her in "labour".

The popular swahili saying, "Kazi sio kuzaa, kazi ni kumlea mwana" must have been an understatement of sort. This is solely based on Faith's dramatised "labour" when she was admitted to hospital.

The former Cross Over 101 host welcomed a baby boy together with hubby George Ngugi. Read Faith Muturi's heartwarming letter to her new born son.

"Dear Son,

Words can't describe the joy we have in meeting you. We have loved and prayed for you earnestly even before you were born. We are honoured and overjoyed to be your parents. We pray to raise you up as God desires. We'd like to let you know what your name(s) mean. They are a reflection of our prayers for you and God's promises in your life.

Lemuel means 'Devoted to God'. That's our ultimate prayer for you. That you will live for God, all the days of your life. Lemuel is also similar to Emmanuel- you are a constant reminder that God is with us. The name Lemuel is of a king who gave wise counsel in Proverbs 31. Son, you are royalty.

Your Dad gave you the name Imani. Your journey this far has been one of Faith. You have overcome great battles to get here. May you always have faith. Be persistent, resilient and determined to be all you can be. You're a champion! Gakio means hardworking. Just like your grandpa, may you work hard, not just for yourself but to add value and make a difference in society.

So now you know! May your name(s) continually remind you who you are and more importantly, whose you are. A man of great purpose and destiny. We are here for you through the different seasons of life.

Love, Dad & Mum.

@TheeGeorge"

Now, Faith has posted a video of her in hospital hours before she gave life to her beautiful son.

She wrote,

"About a week ago...

So I had heard that the modern way of going through labour is dancing through it! The Christian or Pentecostal way is praying/ praising through it. So here was my attempt to dance/pray/praise through labour as my Dear sister Ciru watched and laughed. And yes- the awkward moment when the nurse came in!"
