MCSK Boss Maurice Okoth Accused Of Obtaining Sh800 Million Falsely

FIVE Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) officials including the CEO Maurice Okoth and chairman Bernard Mukaisi are expected to appear in court today to face theft charges.

The MCSK officials who are also accused of stealing Sh25 million were served with court summons yesterday by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, requiring Maurice Okoth, Bernard Mukaisi and the other undisclosed officials to present themselves in court to answer to five charge accusations.

In one of the charges, MCSK Boss Maurice Okoth is accused of allegedly obtaining Sh800 million falsely or by false pretense.
