April 14, 2016, death robbed the Kenyan laugh industry of a talented comedian Emmanuel Makori Nyambane alias Ayeiya.
Ayeiya was involved in a grisly road accident near Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and died on the spot. He was traveling in the company of his wife, actor Maina Olwenya, comedian Paul Wakimani Ogutu and a friend.
Many were left heartbroken and even in his death, we still cherish the good moments he shared with us.

Well, former street urchin MCA Tricky, now the top comedian in the laugh industry, recently revealed that Ayeiya was instrumental in his success as a comedian. He told SDE that, he got saved because of the late;
When I first landed at Churchill Show, he was the first person to invite me to perform at a function as he believed in my abilities. Anytime he landed a side hustle, say emceeing in a wedding, he would invite me to accompany him. That really strengthened our bond. And fellow comedians knew it,
MCA Tricky also revealed that Ayeiya was a God-fearing man, and always urged lost souls to accept Jesus Christ.
On the outside, he gave an impression of being a 'bad boy' but in reality, he was one spiritual man. He loved to end his shows calling on the audience to get saved, something that he also used to tell me. Whenever he got personal with a fellow comedian, he would start preaching to them.
