Man Goes To Police Station Demanding To Be Arrested For Allegedly Killing His Father in Kinoo

There was drama at Naivasha Police station after a man walked in and demanded for his arrest for allegedly killing his father three years ago.  

The middle-aged man confessed to having murdered his father in Kinoo area early 2013 for allegedly selling the family land and escaping with the cash.

The suspect identified as David Mwangi said that during the three year period he had been traumatized by the incident and could not sleep thus seeking action from the police.

On further questioning, the officers were left in shock after it emerged that the suspect’s father who was a taxi driver was indeed murdered in Kinoo Nairobi by suspected thugs.

Incidentally, the ‘thugs’ were not arrested and a file was opened at Kabete Police station as officers tried to unveil the murder of the taxi driver.

The man arrived at the station at around midday and told the officers manning the OB that he wanted to confess.

“The man told the officers that he and another man killed their father in Nairobi in 2013 for allegedly selling the family’s farm in Naivasha and escaping with the cash,” said the source.
