Sometimes you really need to know how far you can take a joke even with your friend. You might cross their line thinking that you're only joking. Like one Kennedy Oluoch who "jokingly" told his friend Evans Ochieng that he had an attractive posterior.

As it turns out Evans did not take the comment lightly and went ahead and reported the matter to the police. This was after Kennedy intimated that he would not mind ‘touching it’.

According to police records, the two, had a small tiff when Oluoch made the offensive remark.

He was set free on a Sh5,000 cash bail and the matter will be heard again on September 25.

Was it just a compliment or a real threat?
