It would seem Chris Kirubi was left high and dry after he attempted to nyemelea American singer Mya. The business mogul and radio DJ Chris Kirubi who goes by the moniker DJ CK had invited her to enjoy some nyama choma at one of his sprawling properties by the lake.

But Mya was having none of it and she turned him down flatly saying,

"Someone (Kirubi) called during the show and I didn’t know they were filming and didn’t know we were live. People kept sending me pictures of their lakes to go their instead, I didn’t know the comedy that was involved. I didn’t get to go (for the date) because I didn’t get any food,” she told Nairobi News.

I doubt that is an incident Chris Kirubi would like to remember given that he is not a man who hears the word no often.

He had also taken to twitter to holla at her;

The worst part is the fact that she was asked to explain why she turned Kirubi down and she answered... On video:
