A man who is said to be a Ugandan citizen caused quite a spectacle in Mombasa on Tuesday November 29, after jumping off Canon Towers - the 8th tallest building in the region.

Reports indicate that he had gone to run an errand at the building which is located on Moi Avenue when he ran into a man he owes Sh30,000.

The creditor threatened to call the police to arrest him and it is then that he decided to take  off and jump from the 2nd floor of the building. He plunged through an open window.

However, he survived the fall only sustaining minor injuries after landing on a tuk tuk that was parked outside.
