Betty Kyallo's Somali bae Ali Nur Mohammed has advised Anita Nderu to keep strong despite the criticism after coming out as a lesbian.

Taking to his Twitter account he penned,

'Dear Anita Nderu, I’m not okay, you’re not okay, and that’s okay.

Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.'

This was after Anita Nderu shared the tweet below.

'I hope my kids never have to go through what I have gone through for being LGBTQ+.'

Below are some of the reactions.

@its_gikeri: The fact that LGBT are always trying to justify themselves tells you a lot. Nobody bothers to justify themselves when they are right.
They are always trying to justify themselves trynna be at peace with their choices.
@janeireney: You don’t have to decide for your kids, let them choose their own predilections when the time comes.
@wacirak: Just teach them that everything they choose to become in life has good and ugly side (consequences)attached to it,if for example you choose to be a leader, there those who will bully & criticize you and there those who will adore you in equal measures.
Life ain't a straight line.
@JonesMbevi: And that’s why men are going there own way and don’t give a crap about women anymore.
Women are getting to learn what it takes in being a man by dating another woman & it’s not easy in the US, there are more divorces on woman to woman marriages than the others.
Stay woke gents.
@selenaisrael77: All this beauty aki imeenda tu hivo?I will always stick with this line" God did not ere to create Adam (male) and Eve (female). Being straight is the norm by nature. You will never ever see a gay lion couple in the Mara. Even animals know this
