US President Barrack Obama is expected to jet into the country roughly a month from now. He'll be coming in for the first time as president having last visited Kenya in 2006 as a US senator. Ahead of his visit, Kenyan lawyer Felix Kiprono has offered 70 sheep and 30 goats for the hand of Obama's daughter Malia.

"People might say I am after the family's money, which is not the case. My love is real," he says.

However, this is the reason why he may never be able to achieve this particular dream.

, to marry Obama's daughter, you need incredible qualities. The lawyer's intent has been criticized by Americans, who see him as over-aged for the 16-year-old Malia. They say that even if his tradition may allow him to be married to a girl at such a young age, it is not palatable in an American setting.

When it comes to Obama's approval of the idea, he may have to go through an intense screening of character.

"I got interested in her in 2008," he told The Nairobian. "As a matter of fact, I haven't dated anyone since and promise to be faithful to her. I have shared this with my family and they are willing to help me raise the bride price," the 45-year-old added. The lawyer, who plans to propose to Malia at a hill in his motherland, says that he plans to "teach Malia how to milk a cow, cook ugali and prepare mursik like any other Kalenjin woman."

However, much to his disappointment, here's what he'll have to fulfill for him to be eligible to marry Malia.

President Obama is keen on having a very smart lad as his son in law. He just won't allow anyone random to marry his daughter.

“I might invite him over to the Oval Office, ask him for his GPA, find out what his intentions are, in terms of career,” he said on Good Morning America back in 2011. “I should also point out that I have men with guns that surround them often,” the leader, who recently spoke in Jamaican Patois, added. For Kiprono, marrying Malia Obama may be just another modern day fairytale.
