Former KTN TV host Lola Hannigan has praised her father for bringing her up well and ensuring she is the decent woman she is today.

This she did during her father's birthday.

In a sweet but short message, Lola penned,

Screaming a Very Happy Birthday to my first Love. My Father who taught me how to Love, how to be Strong and how to be a Woman of Decency, and to always hold my head up high. I Love you papa. Always and Forever ❤️ Happy Happy Birthday dad ❤️

Lola has been busy being a mother.

She welcomed her first child, a baby girl last year. The news was first released to the public by her joyous mother, Irene Hannigan.

“Twinkle, twinkle, I’m officially a grandma for the 2nd time. @lolahannigan. A mum is like wearing the most precious jewel around your neck and arms. You’ll be her first role model. Her best friend. Your forever love,” wrote Irene on her social media.

Congratulating her daughter, Irene stated that the newborn was their new world.

“Both parents. She will make you laugh, a few tears, sometimes even cry but always your world. She will be a constant reminder of what you’re really here for. To my granddaughter let me love you a little more before you’re not little anymore.” She added.
