Africans are making major moves when it comes to the world of music.

AFRIMMA (African Muzik Magazine Awards) has brought together African artistes from their various categories and countries.

Kenya this time has made us proud. Khaligraph Jones and Papa Dennis both scooped an award each from their nominated category and their fellow artistes have come together to congratulate them on social media.

Khaligraph Jones who was a nominee in the category against Shane Eagle from South Africa, Olamide from Nigeria, Zoro from Nigeria, Sarkodie from Ghana, Tha Dogg from Namibia, Casper Nyovest from South Africa, MHD from Senegal, Phyno from Nigeria and Nasty C from South Africa and he won!

Yemi Alade- Best Female artiste of the year-

Fally Ipupa-Artiste of the year and Leadership in Music

Papa Dennis- Best Gospel Artiste

Papa Dennis has scooped this award days after he shocked the nation with his new release featuring reggae queen, Cecile.
