The song, which shaped how Kenyans perceived local music and the tech used to produce it, was a household track for long – and still is, undoubtedly. The remix which featured Madtraxx, Jay A, Wangechi, Mejja and a host of other talented local artistes.

This time round things will be different. Rabbit has been part of Coke Studio Season 2 and has gotten to work with Africa's finest artistes. The album, titled "Legend Of Kaka" will be released on March 27th.

I spoke to his manager Dennis who confirmed that the album will be diversified. It will have hardcore hiphop, his signature poetry and a local feel. Some of the big names to expect include Avril, Wyre, Kristoff, Muthoni DQ among others.
