3) Emtee's daughter

 Emtee is a South African rapper and a father of 3. He recently welcomed a daughter into the family and named her after Kenya's capital city Nairobi. The rapper stated the reason he named her  Nairobi so as to remember the time he met with American rapper Trey Songz.

4) Kwesta's daughter

 Kwesta is a South African rapper who welcomed their second daughter Kenya Elihle Vilakazi. The rapper named his daughter Kenya because of the experience he had while being on holiday in Kenya.

5) Vera Sidik's daughter

 Media personality Vera Sidika didn't want to be left without copying the famous trend and decided to name her first child Asia like the continent Asia. Kenyans being the Swahili people they are don't pronounce the name with the continent's pronunciation they prefer to use the Swahili version of it.

6) Alicia Key's son

 Alici Keys and hubby DJ Swiza Beatz named their child Egypt after the couple had a wonderful vacation while in Egypt.

7) Holly Madison's daughter

 Holly Madison outdid herself and named her daughter Rainbow because of her love of the rainbow when it rains.

8) Beyonce's daughter 

 The American musician was the first parent to give their kids a unique name and from that everyone else followed. She named her daughter Blue Ivy this name means a precious jewel.

9) Annabel Onyango's son

 Annabel Onyango is a Kenyan fashionista and a mother of two. She named her son Rio Nile Andel. Rio was named after the famous river Nile to represent his Nilotic heritage. 

10) DJ Pierra Makena's daughter

 DJ Pierra Makena named her daughter Ricca Pokot after a Kenyan town Pokot.
