Acne and pimples have been a serious problem in most women.

Wash your face with clean water then cut a section of aloe vera and apply it on the part that has acne or pimple. let it rest for a minimum of two hours. Apply twice a day for greater results.

2. Honey.

For years honey has been used to treat skin conditions because it contains many antioxidants that can help to clear clogged pores.

3. Green tea.

Green tea contains high concentrations of a group of polyphenol antioxidants called catechins.

Some people with acne have too many natural body oils in their pores and not enough antioxidants. Antioxidants help the body break down chemicals and waste products that can damage healthy cells.

Green tea can also be used to reduce inflammation.

You can either drink green tea or apply green tea on your skin directly.

4. Coconut oil.

Coconut oil contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agents this is helpful since the agents may help to reduce the swelling and redness that leads to pimples and acne.
