Cate Waruguru popularly known as 'Mrembo wa Laikipia' has described her sense of fashion as a gift.

The former Laikipia Women's Rep told Mpasho.co.ke that she has good taste for wigs and generally always wants to look good.

She says that her wigs retail at Sh200K and above as she always loves them blonde.

"I'm an African, gifted with beautiful looks and I know how to perfectly flaunt my beauty. My most expensive wig is about Sh 200K. I love a wavy ombre wig, human hair anything that makes me look good," she said.

Waruguru was recently nominated as a CAS in the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs.

She is among the hottest female politicians in the country and that is 'on Period'.

Waruguru refers to herself as a lioness and going by her achievements in her political career, she is right.

"I am very bold and not afraid to speak my mind and ignite debate in the political sphere," she added.

At times, Waruguru steps out in a lovely suit pant or skirt suit that oozes boss vibes, and on another, she will dress casually and still manages to garner attention and admiration.

She started her political career while in her 20s.

She is married to Peter Waweru, a renowned businessman running overseas businesses for shipping and consolidations of goods with a clearing and forwarding company known as Sunrise Investments group ltd.

He is also in the manufacturing business.
