"It helps you track your weight. When you are gaining it goes up and tightens, if you are losing weight it goes down or falls off," Amos continued.
Different colors demonstrate different meanings depending on the culture you come from.

Clear symbolizes one is clever and gifted. Prosperity, nature, and abundance are what green waist beads mean.
Truth and loyalty for the blue beads and confidence for the red beads. Black beads are for power and protection while pink symbolizes care, kindness, and love.
Light for white beads and joy, energy, and happiness for the yellow beads. The purple beads symbolize wisdom and loyalty.
It is completely advisable to wear multiple colors together as we already see many ladies doing, blessings in abundance.

"I wear them because I find them beautiful and have different types and colors for every occasion," Naomi a social media user posted.
