This sad news comes a few months after a fellow media practitioner also took his own life. On January 19th this year, Capital FM DJ, Alex Nderi aka, DJ Lithium died inside the media house offices.

He passed away while receiving treatment at Nairobi hospital. According to sources, the deejay reportedly deleted all his social media accounts before writing a suicide note.

He then ended his life when he went to the bathroom leaving behind his suicide note at his desk, one that colleagues said would be left for the family to open.

The deejay walked back to the offices and collapsed, with his workmates trying desperately to resuscitate him. They even called first responders, but it was too late.
