'Acheni umama,' Mwalimu King'ang'i tells off men who take gifts back

• Men who ask for their gifts back are just petty.

Mwalimu King'ang'i has called out men who demand back the gifts they bought their women once they broke up.

He says such things should not be asked for as you also wasted her time and she won't demand it back.

Speaking during the Morning Conversation on Classic 105, he says, "There is a Kamba guy who asked back for everything including the wedding dress. He was upset because the lady had moved on with a guy from Kisumu."

Adding, "Some people even ask back for their dowry, you should just let these things go. Ukiwachwa wachika.

Leave everything to your woman, you can go and start afresh. It's never that serious."

Sharing his experience Mike Mondo narrated how a friend of his was asked to give back a car in broad daylight.

"A very famous lady had a Range Rover taken from her in the middle of the road."

Adding, "Another lady I knew was dating a certain boss who was married, she felt guilty about the affair and decided to end it as the man was married.

A female caller *Stacy shared her experience saying that her now ex-husband swept the entire house clean for no good reason.

"I was married for 6 years and we had a kid. Tukakosana and when I came back from work one day I found the house empty.

He used to have side chicks left right and centre but I never confronted him about it. I wanted to save my marriage."

Stacy said despite getting married in the church she was left high and dry after her man left her for someone else, but not before carrying everything in the house.
