Anita Nderu has revealed her wedding gowns were sewn by a Ugandan designer known as Fatuma Hasha. Hasha is the founder of  Tesi Fashion School.

Nderu hailed Hasha for being perfect at her job saying she was also the one who made her after-party dress which she absolutely loved.

"I am so grateful my path & @fatumahasha 's crossed! Even before we met in person she made me some of the most gorgeous gowns I have ever worn and was an absolute gem to work with.

She made both my wedding gowns as well as the veil whose detail I was absolutely in love with! I wanted something traditional for the aisle and something extra for the reception and she absolutely blew me away with both outcomes!

To top it off, she made me an after-party dress & a brunch dress for the next day (I don't have photos of them That's what you get when you ask for a no phone usage wedding😄).

Thank you so so much for making the most memorable day of my life so beautiful! I appreciate you and all the work & time that went into creating my gowns and I cannot wait to work with you again You are an absolute gem! Love you to bits & pieces."

Hasha has also dressed other celebrities among them Sarah Hassan. She dressed Hassan during Kalasha Awards 2020.

For the event Sarah rocked a red gown, which we absolutely love.
