Begins at home, not school. teachers are there to teach not parent. most parents have neglected parenting, parenting is not just paying school fees discipline those children too!!

Us we were beated sometimes for nothing..Mental growth and nurturing is one thing kids need and it should start from home..when they are young they should be taught to express emotions without violence.. Mentally they could be victims of deeper issues whom at this point I don't think anyone will listen to them..the easier they are condemned the better..
