Has any man who has ever dated Amber Ray come out the better for it? I don't think so, although Brown Mauzo, Vera's current husband seems to have fared relatively well.

After the recent news that her marriage to Jamal Rohosafi has gone the way of the 5 shilling note, one wonders why men of value still date a woman with so many red flags!

The first man who witnessed all of Amber's passion and fire was Zaheer Jhanda, a prominent Kisii politician who married her as his second wife.

Amber caused such a furor that Zaheer's first wife, Aaliyah even accused Amber of bewitching her husband.

After the end of the marriage, which Amber had clung to, she had nothing good to say about Zaheer, badmouthing him in the press. For his part, Zaheer held his peace.

After that, one would expect that the bad press that that relationship received would make many who wanted to date Amber gun shy...

But not Somali businessman Jamal Rohasafi. Jamal whose wealth mainly comes from the transport industry decided to gamble when he married Amber as his second wife.

Kenyans were surprised when the two revealed that they had become man and wife earlier this year.

But as anyone with half a brain could foretell, the relationship went the same way that Amber's had with Zaheer, badly.

A war with the first wife, Amira, soon ensued. There were even claims that Amber had bewitched Jamal.

But that wouldn't be the end of it as the two would engage in a highly entertaining night fight in Syokimau that all but underlined the extent of the beef.

After that embarassing fight, Amber decided to tuck tail and left for another home in Hurlingham. That was two weeks ago.

Late last week, word came through that the two had now gone their separate ways. It was Amber who confirmed the news.

After all the drama one has to ask, "Why did Jamal choose a second wife who wasn't fit for purpose? Everyone on the outside could see it. How couldn't he?

I think I have an answer. And it is simple really. That is a man like Jamal loves a challenge, something that Amber presents.

Men like Zaheer and Jamal have all attained riches through their hard work, craftiness and being resolute.

These are traits that they also use in their personal lives. 

At this stage in their life, money isn't really an issue-Excitement and new challenges are. Trying to "tame" a woman like Amber is something that these men can look forward to.

A woman like Amber can give them that as she has the necessary fire to keep these men interested and excited. 

The only problem is like the pyromaniacs of old found out; fires can be controlled, but a fiery woman, that ain't so easy.
